Who we are: PlanMyGo (“we”, “our”, “us”) helps car-parking space owners and people who need parking find each other.

We collect the minimum information required to run the platform:

Account & login

• Name

• Email address

When owners post an ad/listing

• Email address

• Mobile number

• Location (including precise pin-point coordinates you choose to drop)

• Photos

• Videos (optional)

• Listing details you provide (e.g., description, availability, type of spot, price/negotiable field)

Automatic technical data

• Device, browser, and basic log data (IP address, timestamps, pages viewed)

• Cookies or similar technologies for session management, security, and analytics

If you choose to reveal or copy contact details (e.g., click “View owner details”), we process that action to provide the data to you.

 

2) Why we collect and how we use your information

• Provide and operate the service (create accounts, show listings, run search and filters, load pages securely).

• Communications: send transactional messages (e.g., account/log-in, listing posted) and promotional messages about new features, tips, and offers. You can opt out of marketing at any time.

• Safety and integrity: prevent spam, fraud or abuse, and enforce our Terms.

• Analytics and improvements: understand usage and improve performance/features.

• Legal compliance: respond to lawful requests and enforce legal rights.

3) Legal basis / consent

• Account information: kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize data unless we must keep it for legal/legitimate purposes.

• Listings: shown while active; archived or removed upon deletion.

• Logs/analytics: typically retained for a limited period (e.g., 12–24 months) and then deleted or anonymized.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

 

8) Your choices & rights

• Access/Update/Delete: request access to your data, correction, or deletion.

• Withdraw consent (e.g., marketing) at any time—use the unsubscribe link or email us.

• Disable cookies at the browser level (some features may degrade).

Rights available depend on your location. We’ll respond to all reasonable requests.

 

9) Children

PlanMyGo is intended for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

 

10) International transfers

Your data may be stored/processed outside your country by our service providers subject to appropriate safeguards.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We’ll change the “Effective date” and, when required, notify you.
