Terms & Conditions — PlanMyGo

Welcome to PlanMyGo. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1) What PlanMyGo is (and isn’t)

PlanMyGo is a listings directory/connector that enables owners with spare car-parking spaces to publish ads and enables renters to discover them.

  • We do not broker, manage, verify, guarantee, or conclude any rental/parking agreements.

  • We do not collect/hold payments or deposits, do paperwork, or participate in negotiations.

  • Any arrangements, payments, access, rules, and conditions are entirely between owner and renter.

 

2) Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and capable of forming a binding contract to use the service.

 

3) Your account

You’re responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your password secure and let us know of any unauthorized use.

 

4) User responsibilities

Owners confirm that:

  • You have the legal right/authority to offer the parking space (including society/HOA/landlord permissions).

  • Your listing is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe any rights.

  • You will comply with all applicable laws, building by-laws, and safety rules.

  • You will not upload illegal, abusive, or misleading content.

Renters agree to:

  • Use any parking space safely and lawfully, respecting property rules.

  • Not store prohibited/hazardous items or abandon vehicles.

  • Resolve access, timing, and payments directly with the owner.

Everyone agrees not to:

  • Scrape, spam, hack or attempt to disrupt the site.

  • Post content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or violates privacy or IP rights.

 

5) Fees

PlanMyGo is currently free for both owners and renters. If we introduce paid features later, we’ll post updated terms and obtain consent where required.

 

6) Listings and availability

We don’t guarantee that any listing will be available, accurate, or suitable, nor that any owner/renter will respond.

 

7) Communications & marketing

We may send you transactional emails/SMS (e.g., login, listings). We may also send promotional communications—you can opt out anytime via the link in our emails or by contacting support@planmygo.com.

 

8) Content license & takedown

By posting content (text, photos, videos), you grant PlanMyGo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content on the platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. You represent that you have rights to everything you post.
We may remove or disable content we reasonably believe violates these Terms or the law.

 

9) Intellectual property

The PlanMyGo site, logo, and software are protected by IP laws. Do not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

 

10) Third-party services & ads

We may show third-party content/links/ads in the future. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, or services.

 

11) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
PLANMYGO MAKES NO WARRANTIES—EXPRESS OR IMPLIED—INCLUDING ABOUT ACCURACY OF LISTINGS, AVAILABILITY, SUITABILITY, SECURITY OF ANY PARKING SPACE, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK. ALWAYS VERIFY LISTINGS, OWNERSHIP PERMISSIONS, AND SAFETY CONDITIONS DIRECTLY WITH THE OWNER.

 

12) Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLANMYGO, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA; PROPERTY DAMAGE; THEFT; PERSONAL INJURY; OR ANY DISPUTES BETWEEN OWNER AND RENTER, WE ARE NOT RESPOSIBLE AND WILL NOT INCLUDE IN ANY KIND OF DISPUTE BETWEEN THE OWNER AND RENTER.

 

13) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlanMyGo from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your content, your listings, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

 

14) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or for security/operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.

 

15) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms. Please review it to understand how we handle personal information.

 

16) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we’ll post the new version with an updated effective date and, where required, notify you.

 

17) Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
You agree to first contact us to try to resolve any dispute informally. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
